It all started at the age of 8 when my mother brought me a purple easy bake oven, she said, “you are only allowed to use this under me or your father’s supervision”. One day I wanted to make a cake and they were not available to watch me. So, I took it upon myself to sneak and make a mini cake. The batter fell over and burned my easy bake oven. My mother cleaned it and gave it away and told me,“If you want to bake, I will teach you how to use a real oven”. Over the years I would occasionally bake for my father and for church events and the more I baked the more I developed a passion for it. My family would jokingly say, “Tiara’s Sweet Treats” every time I would bake desserts for them. The more they said that the more I thought to myself is this something I really want to do. With the help and support of my family I turned my dream to a reality, now I can sell my amazing treats with you.
